Chocolate - Friend Or Foe?

Researchers discovered that if you eat 1.4 ounces of chocolate a day- the size of a chocolate bar, you will help reduce the stress hormone called Hormone cortisol and the echolocation hormones which, when increased, are one of the reasons behind highly stressed people. Chocolate helps reduce blood pressure and increases antioxidants in the blood, dark chocolate is known to help reduce stress.
